Q. Can Argan Woman products be used internationally?
A.  Argan Woman products are designed for use internationally. Some of our products may need a proper adapter.

Q. I have submitted an email inquiry and haven't received a response.

Q. I sent my product for a replacement and haven't received it yet.
A. Depending on your location it may take up to 4 weeks to receive a replacement after we receive and evaluate your product. If you still have not received your product after this waiting period, please call 1-855-585-0368.

A. You need to fill in the details on registration Warranty.

A. Wet line products can be used on all hair types.

Q. Do you offer promotional items or trial products?

A. Argan Woman does not offer any promotional items, free products, or trial objects. Requests are numerous and we cannot meet all of them. Thank you for your understanding.

 

Q. My straightener is making noise. Is this normal?

A. You may hear a very slight sizzling sound from the unit; this is a normal sound for ion generators.

 

 

Q. How do I clean the plates of the appliance?

A. Clean the appliance plates using a soft, damp cloth without detergent to preserve the optimal quality of the plates. Do not scratch the plates.
